Engels bu bilimin, bollu\u011fun i\u00e7indeki sefaletin, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve krizlere yol a\u00e7an bir kapitalizmin kendi dinamiklerinin s\u0131rr\u0131 oldu\u011funu biliyordu. K\u0131sacas\u0131 bu bilim, i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u00e7in ortaya konacak devrimci bir program\u0131n bilimsel a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131yd\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marx ve Engels birlikte <em>Kutsal Aile<\/em>, <em>Alman \u0130deolojisi<\/em> ve <em>Kom\u00fcnist Manifesto<\/em>\u2019yu yazd\u0131lar. Bu s\u0131rada Kom\u00fcnistler Birli\u011fi\u2019nde militanl\u0131k yap\u0131yorlard\u0131. Engels bu esnada Marx\u2019\u0131, ekonomi politi\u011fin ele\u015ftirisinin i\u00e7erisine dalmaya ve bu ele\u015ftirileri bir kitapta somutla\u015ft\u0131rmaya fiilen zorlad\u0131, bu konuda \u0131srarl\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marx\u2019\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n meyve vermesi olduk\u00e7a uzun s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Engels birtak\u0131m \u201cilaveler\u201d yapmak ve b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri \u201cderleyip toplamak\u201d durumunda kald\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ama sonunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu ve <em>Kapital<\/em>, \u00fc\u00e7 ciltlik klasik bi\u00e7imiyle, 1894\u2019te yay\u0131mland\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Kapital<\/em>\u2019in ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ciltlerinin \u00f6nemi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Engels\u2019in \u00fcstlenip yerine getirdi\u011fi i\u015fin \u00f6neminin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 kolay de\u011fildir. \u0130kinci cilt, sermayenin yeniden \u00fcretiminin nas\u0131l ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan diyagramlara yer verir. Burada kapitalizmin \u00e7er\u00e7evesi i\u00e7inde \u00fcretimin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 israf\u0131n ve izledi\u011fi anar\u015fist seyrin kendisi g\u00f6sterilir. Burada ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyalizm alt\u0131nda planl\u0131 ekonomiye ge\u00e7i\u015fin temellerine dair somut d\u00fczlemde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilmenin olanaklar\u0131 yarat\u0131l\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphe yok ki Engels\u2019in ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fin en de\u011ferli yan\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc cildin yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ciltte teorik ve politik \u00f6neme sahip say\u0131s\u0131z konu i\u015flenir: Mesela de\u011ferin \u00fcretim maliyetine\/fiyata d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc veya toprak rant\u0131 kuram\u0131 gibi. Ekonominin en \u00f6nemli \u00fcretken dallar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00e2r oran\u0131n\u0131 bu belirler. K\u00e2r oran\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde burjuvazi yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmaz ya da sermayesini spek\u00fclatif sekt\u00f6rlere y\u00f6nlendirir. Fabrikalar kapan\u0131r, i\u015fsizlik ve sefalet artar. E\u011fer i\u015f\u00e7ileri yenilgiye u\u011fratmay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131rlarsa, kapitalist ekonomi, \u00f6nceki krizden de daha k\u00f6t\u00fc bir krize daha sonralar\u0131 yeniden girebilmesi i\u00e7in bir kere daha ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerine dikilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer i\u015f\u00e7i m\u00fccadelelerinin g\u00fcc\u00fc bu tip kemer s\u0131kma politikalar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemeyi ba\u015far\u0131rsa, kriz kronik bir hal kazan\u0131r. 1970\u2019lerden itibaren emperyalist d\u00fcnya ekonomisinde sistematik olarak ya\u015fanmakta olan budur.
